I also faced a similar issue when applying for student verification on GitHub. Usually, if the automatic verification is not working, the best way is to open a support ticket directly with GitHub Education.

When submitting the request, make sure to include:

Your student ID card (front & back if possible)

Official document showing enrollment (fees receipt, admission letter, etc.)

A link to your institution website mentioning your course

Your GitHub username

They usually reply within a few days and manually verify it.

Unfortunately manual reviews aren't provided.

Make sure to fill in your billing info and GitHub profile with your full name exactly as it appears on your academic transcript. Then log out and log back into GitHub before reapplying, because the application system gets stuck in a loop even after the required information has been updated.

If you still get rejected, submit the application using another device, such as a smartphone or another PC.
