@ismailahammed1 well here is the most probable answer to your question and if you find this help full please mark this as an answer. Troubleshooting GitHub Feed Issue1. Check GitHub's Status
2. Force a Refresh
3. Clear Browser Cache or Try Incognito Mode
4. Switch Between 'Watching' and 'Not Watching'
5. Try the GitHub Mobile App
6. Check GitHub Notifications Settings
7. GitHub Feedback
Hopefully, one of these steps helps resolve the issue! If the problem persists, it could be a bug introduced by a recent update on their end, in which case GitHub support would be the best place to get further assistance. |

@ismailahammed1 just try clearing the browswe cache and then sign to GitHub once again and you should be good to go and if you got help with this answer please mark it as answer |

My issue was finally solved by contacting Github support and letting them clear part of the activity feed. On your Github home page with the feed, click on the top right item with your personal icon and choose "Github support" near the end of the menu. |
