Apply patches for QT in the specified in the package build scripts to the forked O3DE Qt repo #215
Description
For patches that are applied to the O3DE fork of Qt during the 3P package build process, apply them into the fork, remove the patches, and update the commit tag/branch in the 3P build script for Qt
