error loading plugin #1983

When I am using the version that I have used normally, I have not gotten any errors until I installed it on a hosting:

'Failed (/usr/lib/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.20' not found (required by plugins/FCNPC.so))'

and when I use the latest version I get this (even modifying the maxnpc):

[FCNPC] Error: NPC 'Z830582' not created. Name 'Z830582' is invalid or the maxnpc limit in server.cfg has been reached.
