Hosted videos take up the majority of website's bandwidth

Seems we could save up the majority of our bandwidth cost by hosting all videos on a cheaper alternative like [R2](https://www.cloudflare.com/developer-platform/r2/) or [S3](https://aws.amazon.com/s3/).
