Product: Raise CLI visibility in the docs #1214
Description
We're currently experiencing issues with CLI discoverability. Docs items for this issue:
- Add tabs that include Console, CLI, and API instructions throughout docs
- Address issues identified by @bgrenon during his install/usage testing: Issue#43244187
- Consider adding a Get started content for the CLI
- Consider updating the docs landing page to highlight the CLI utility
