5.00alpha3 shell doesn't connect to commercial cloud machines #1032

Since the upgrade, the shell function stopped on all commercial cloud such as AWS, Alibaba cloud. Even though, the key has been associated correctly without error. When launching the shell, it returns a black screen without any prompt what so ever. All local LAN resources still works.

Please find out what's the issue.
