Description
Until recently, I had no problems using Coomer. Recently, I started getting 403 errors.
It seemed to work fine for a few minutes, then any other attempts continued to give a 403. It sounded like rate limiting to me, so I proxied to an external IP. Worked fine for about 60 downloads, then got a bunch of 403's again:

Site seems to work fine when using the web browser. Any pointers?
