So, im currently subscribed to like 4 patreon users, and manually downloading over 1000 pics isnt efficient, so I tried to download it.

I got the cookies on Chrome using the GetCookies extension, getting a "www.patreon.com_cookies." txt file, similar to the ones I use to download stuff from pixiv or twitter. But when I tried this format

gallery-dl.exe --cookies "www.patreon.com_cookies.txt" https://www.patreon.com/c/username/posts

It gives a message "[patreon][error] NotFoundError: Requested creator could not be found"

You are most likely using a gallery-dl version from before /c/ prefixes were supported (eacd447).
Try updating to v1.27.7 or higher.
