This looks like a reddit clone. Can someone test repurposing the reddit extractor for this?

Well, not really.

AFAIK it is one of those projects that started as an alternative reddit front-end, and some instances still are just front-ends for reddit, but not all of them. It's possible that this is a lemmy instance with its own content (well, plus hotlinks to redgifs and so on..)

So what's the best way to move this forward?

Does this site need it's own extractor? Or can we make a lemmy standard extractor? Or does this need more research?

General support for lemmy instances (#5686) should be implemented by inheriting from BaseExtractor and using its interface, like mastodon, misskey, etc., but I guess it wouldn't be bas to start with an extractor for one specific instance and then generalize from that later.
