What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add an exit code to a command (Install, Remove doesnt matter) with 
Reboot Delayed or Postponed.
2. Add another exit code to either the same command, OR another command in 
the same package, with Reboot: None
3. Check the output of Packages.XML

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It seems to COPY the other exit code, instead of Exit Code: None. This 
completely stuffs up WPKG and causes many problems... see attached 
screenshots for two examples of this bug. It can be repeated easily.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest everything of WPKG and wpkgExpress

What'new about this bug ? It is really embarassing ... Mscdex ? Do you have any 
time to spend on wpkgexpress ? or is wpkgexpress abandonned ?
