Currently the warning is:
Found a pre-existing package (of the same ID) in the database with a 
higher revision than the imported one. Skipping.

Could you make it:
A pre-existing package (of the same ID) is in the database which has a 
equal or higher  revision than the imported one. Skipping.

Mainly just not the equal to or higher than.
