When a user request a transition report for a period that spans over dates where these is no raw data available, the report will display normally with a result but the result will differ from the data displayed in the page view report.
This should really be improved and I see 2 potential solutions:

1. Never display transitions if the requested period spans over a period where there is no raw data
2. (Preferable) Display a warning message that says that there is no raw data for the fully requested period due to the privacy settings in Matomo, so displayed data is instead between Date X and Date Y
