Add environment information to GitHub output

Use [GitHub Output](https://docs.github.com/en/actions/using-workflows/workflow-commands-for-github-actions#setting-an-output-parameter) to save information about the environment, maybe also to the [GitHub Job Summaries](https://github.blog/2022-05-09-supercharging-github-actions-with-job-summaries/).
