No I dont. It's strange but I can provide steps to reproduce:

use latest version of Joplin for Desktop (Windows, portable version), without any plugins enabled
import the attachment by 'ENEX - Evernote Export File (as Markdown)'
open any other note, then open this imported note
update time of this note will be refreshed

exported.enex.zip

I’m unable to reproduce the issue with the steps provided. Could you please share a video demonstrating the issue and include a detailed description of the steps to reproduce it? This will help in diagnosing the problem more effectively.

I confirm that I have encountered that issue before - the note timestamp gets updated the moment you choose to view it, which in turn triggers a sync. The only issue is that it happens so rarely it's close impossible to reproduce...
