Can we use allauth only for the things, where we can get involved with email verification, and jwt for others purposes like login/get api request/ post api requests....????

I am very confused about using allauth/jwt? I need email verification for account activation/deletion and many other things but i also need jwt token like thing to secure get/post apis.... What can i do????
I am beginner to django....!!!!!!!
