Summary

Combine group :test and group :test_legacy groups in Gemfile with following additional changes:

  • Remove rake from listing — is already included as dependency of sass-embedded via jekyll-sass-converter.
    • Apparently, gem "rake" is needed for Ruby 2.7 for Windows regardless.
  • Comment out optional local development helper gems — uncomment and install if needed by contributor.
