Iv been looking at doing something like this to make a global CDN and cache utilizing "Service Workers" and IPFS as a client using "Web Assembly". The idea is to do this per page so the page can be called if the sites down and also if the user has bad internet. I found a video that demonstrates cache part and shows compiling to Web Assembly. https://youtu.be/MiLAE6HMr10
