Issue:
When user using ios app chat count is not updating due to handleHelpshiftEvent not getting called when new message received from helpshift server. Able to see in app notifications, but handleHelpShiftEvent not getting called.

Expected fix: When app receives in app notification or new messages, handleHelpShiftEvent delegate method should trigger automatically.

Steps:
open help shift chat view.
close helpshift chat view
send message from helpshift server to app.
able able to receive in app notifications, but handleHelpShiftEvent delegate not called and unable to update message count in tab bar.
