These include the expressive UI and artwork for Apple’s first‑party apps such as Weather, Calendar, Photos, Clock, Notes, Calculator, Settings, Mail, App Store, Phone, Safari, Camera, and Music, as incorporated within iOS’s home screen UI and icon grid, and as depicted in screenshots and screen recordings. These copyrighted works are protectable because they contain original selection, coordination, and arrangement of visual elements and original artwork that is not dictated by function. The works also include Apple’s system app icons and associated visual identity assets.
