Warn when initializing AwsLambdaIntegration on unsupported Python version #3825
Description
The AwsLambdaIntegration is only supported for Python 3.9. We should emit a warning when we notice that the user has initialized the AwsLambdaIntegration on a different Python version. This would avoid confusion leading to users to open bug report issues such as this one.
