File overwrite input question appears below dialog #2688

Expected Behavior

The overwrite question should appear above the dialog from which it originates

Current Behavior

The input question appears below the Save/Export dialog

Possible Solution

Probably not setting the parent correctly.

Steps to Reproduce

Open gephi and Save a file
Select a file that already exists and click "Save"
Observe that the "Do you want to overwrite?" question appears below the dialog

Your Environment

Version used: Gephi 0.9.7
Operating System: Mac OS
