FlatLaf is pretty stable and will be set as the default LAF in the next Netbeans release. I've done a couple of tests and I didn't find any major glitches. The LAF looks really good and I think we should adopt it as the default. The major advantage is cross-platform support so that Gephi would look the same on all platforms. Notably on Linux, the default LAF is pretty bad so that would be a great improvement. It would also reduce the custom code that we've put in place for the Aqua LAF (Mac OS) as there are a couple of issues.
