In bankruptcy cases, this is a second kind of docket that lists claims filings. I think we already collect this via RECAP and have it in the DB, but then we don't do the last little bit by actually showing it to users. We should do that!

The easiest way to do this is to add it as a new tab next to the parties and attorneys.
