trying to determine the default value for flowers to follow the principal of using crafting values for all items that can be crafted.

Reasoning: flowers randomly generate when bone meal is used on a grass block

However, this will also create some issues with other items such as glow lichen, and moss, I think the end decision here will also affect skulk blocks when adding 1.19 items due to how they spread from mobs dying on them.

This is an important item to decide on as these processes make some items renewable, possibly very easily and could be exploited to gain large amounts of in game currency.

suggestion:
any flower value = grass_block + bone_meal

as of now, the flowers are set to 4.00 for small and 8.00 for tall flowers; however there is no real increased benefit of a tall flower, so I may have to lower that.
