Currently, when enabling or disabling GPU in Fed-BioMed, this instruction does not propagate to Declearn facility for enabling/disabling GPU.
In addition, declearn behaviour with GPU seems inconstant: it is not clear if Declearn enables GPU usage automatically or manually. Hence, it seems it is possible to use Declearn with GPU while disabling it in Fed-BioMed.
