MultiLevel tagging for sequence labelling

Is it possible to filter the annotation tags based of specific types ?
Example for we have hundreds of labels for livings and non-livings. Example for Cat, Dog, Person for livings and chair, car, fan for non-livings. While labelling we can first classify the corpus based on these classes 2 classes. and then we can label the text for only those tags which comes under the specific class.

Would you write your environment? Thank you!
