ccs-pykerberos/kerberos project/package no longer maintained

The `kerberos` package provided by the [ccs-pykerberos](https://github.com/apple/ccs-pykerberos) project was archived [in February](https://github.com/apple/ccs-pykerberos/commit/32ff1211fc1866ab33bbfbcf27d5e522bf0bb593) and is no longer maintained.

Should this project adopt an alternative library?
