Issue Description

Please describe our issue, along with:

• expected behavior
• encountered behavior

right now WordVectorSerializer mainly only accept File, which is just... not flexible.

Like if I wanna a network-based input, or a zipped/encrypted input, things goes just unnecessarily complex

Yes I will as I need such codes in my work...
