Hashtag in inline code incorrectly parsed as a tag

Using latest MarkdownDB version on Ubuntu 23.04 via npx mddb@latest --watch ~/Obsidian.

One of my note contains
```md
(pr&eacute;venir sur `#alert-telco-prod`).
```

and caused mddb to try and insert `alert-telco-prod` as a tag.
