Description:
Not all nodes listed on the Node Dashboard

Version/Build: mesa-1.6_openstack-os-build.3508.dev

Browsers Used: IE11.0

Reproduction Steps:

1. Install crowbar and have multiple nodes added to the deployment.
2. The nodes get added to the crowbar deployment, but are not listed under Node Dashboard
3. If you click on Nodes->Bulk-Edit, all the nodes added get displayed there, however on the Node Dashboard the nodes are not listed.
4. The default node group just shows any one node at any time.

Observed Results:
Not all nodes listed on the Node Dashboard

Expected Results:
All nodes part of the deployment, should be displayed under the node dashboard

Impact:
User cannot perform any operations on the node from the Node Dashboard, since the nodes are not shown there.
