It is possible to specify the URL used for API communication by setting the FRESHLI_WEB_API_BASE_URL environment variable. A warning message should be displayed when the CLI starts if the value in this variable does not match the default value used for API communication.

This will become a bigger issue once more commands communicate with the API.
