Hey will this license have not only like a patent use provision but more importantly trademark use Grant rights or something say if I made a piece of software called software one and someone forked my project they would have to call their project or they could call their project software one but they would have to append they're byline that way it's no confusion that they made that version of software one but my software one is the original.
