Consider turfing support for fetching all versions of all docsets #671

Description

Currently

The cljdoc web site and its API support returning all all versions of all built (or optionally, buildable) docsets.

I noticed this while working on #369.

But...

This, as you can imagine, is a heavier call.

And...

Is it useful to anyone?

It might have been used by the Dash offline reader at one point, but this is no longer the case.
I confirmed with the author of Dash that this API call would be safe to remove.

The cljdoc web site has no link to the HTML flavor of this.

So...

I propose, in the spirit of the joy of deleting and not maintaining unnecessary things, we turf this feature.

We could start with simply disabling the endpoints.
Waiting a month to see if there is no outrage.
Then following up with deleting the code.

Please pipe in if you use, or know about someone who uses, this feature.
