我启动 config-service报错如下：
nested exception is java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/eclipse/jgit/api/errors/RefNotFoundException
我在启动user-service 时报错如下：
The last packet sent successfully to the server was 0 milliseconds ago. The driver has not received any packets from the server.
请问怎么解决
