Description
Implements a
traversesubcommand torevmethat fetches blocks withtransactions from a specified provider and executes transactions sequentially.
Notice, broken at the moment since not all state info is loaded into the cache
db. It will also need to fork-load state at the start block and should share evm
context across block and tx execution.
