We are facing slow download speeds in any Australia servers (speeds of few KB/s which takes around 2-5min to download the 100MB files instead of MB/s which should take around less than 30 seconds).

Using the same network but different IP address and we can get a different result.

This is not network issue related according to your Azure network ICM 507765824. If someone could please work with me to resolve the issue?
