In this release, many updating were added!

1. SARG2.0 database and its structure file are uploaded
2. The local version of stage two is supplied
3. For big files, we added an option -s to split it into smaller ones without the need of 64 bit version usearch
4. In the stage-two local running, an option -b was added if you start from the blastx out result.
