Use Case

Ability to upgrade canaries to newest runtime ;-)

Proposed Solution

Add new constant here called SYNTHETICS_NODEJS_PUPPETEER_3_5 with value new Runtime('syn-nodejs-puppeteer-3.5', RuntimeFamily.NODEJS);
