It would be a nice addition to indicate in the readme or in the help that when piping tv -e to less, it is now possible to keep line numbering and headers visible while scrolling down and sideways like so:
tv -e large_csv.csv | less --header 3,6
(number of columns (6) would need to be increased/decreased appropriately if the file has a lot more lines)
This is possible since the less release 600 from jan2022.
I did not check if this was also possible with other pagers like bat but I know that vimpager can probably be configured to behave the same.
