Add 'auto' and 'decltype' keywords. auto has always been a keyword (which no-one really used), but is more used in C++11. decltype is new to C++11.

Fix - issue 31: Webkit browsers put a nbsp into the textarea which causes problems when copying and pasting. We can simply replace the nbsp for a breaking space in the textarea.
