错误描述
every new mission i dowland, the folder will be crate in the download file, but the error code will appare, show the error code #16

如何重现
重现步骤，如：

1. start to download
2. wait the Magnet URI scheme change to the file's name
3. then the error code showed up

预期的行为
i just want to download the file
