I run Kodi 21.0 Omega on CoreELEC with IPTV Simple Client 21.8.3.1 and IPTV Manager 21.0.1
If one automatically configures IPTV Simple in IPTV Manager (and refreshes Guides) then, when going to TV menu, a small turning wheel appears top-right: PVR manager is starting up 0%

I do not use TV channel guide a lot and I don't know what recently changed

  • I upgraded Nexus to Omega
  • maybe IPTV Simple upgraded and changed format?

Same issue here with LibreElec 12 (Kodi 21 Omega) Any updatess on this?

I think it's linked to #107. Try to manually configure IPTV Simple PVR.
