Description
Kodi 19.4 on Raspberry Pi 4b running raspbian latest from standard repositories. Kodi-standalone runs at boot with hdmi screen as display.
Intending to look at IPTV options some day, I came across IPTV Manager and installed it without any PVR service installed yet. Then I used 'sudo apt install' to add some IPTV services to the Pi.
Next restart of Kodi causes a popup which I think is from IPTV Manager to the effect that there is no PVR installed and to go look at Kodi.wiki pages.
This is immediately followed by Kodi crash and core dump, and reload.
With Kodi running standalone, it restarts and crashes in a loop which cannot be escaped without login by SSH to stop Kodi from starting. No GUI interaction is possible and so IPTV Manager cannot be removed by normal means.

Each cycle produces a crash log but I couldn't find anything relevant in there. I can supply an example if required.
