After opening a non-read-only wallet Wasabi creates a silent payment address of its own and write it to the log. You can send to that address (a self-spending transaction). The transaction will be recognized after it is confirmed because the indexbuilder service generates the tweak data for each block.
Detection of non-confirmed txs is not ready yet.
