We have been using the print dialog for over a year and it is working great.
Lately we had some users reporting that they received a 2 page output of the map (PDF) with the second page completely empty. Is there a way to prevent a second (empty) page to be added to the PDF?

I think it's because the map is slightly too high and exceed the page high.
You have to dig in the pdf parameters (maybe decrease the margin) to make it fit.
Maybe you can force one page pdf.
