At the moment, the Delete User Account does not ask for confirmation

I think there should be a more "forgiving" workflow. Screenshots made with GitHub remove repository.
GH has 3 steps, which is OK for them. I think we could combine dialogue 2. and 3.

1. User clicks "Delete User Account" button
2. A popup should be shown
   
3. More information
   
4. The final warning
   
5. Password will be checked before the action happens
