[MWS] New User -- Create duplicate user - reload - does not clear the Error message

To reproduce

• Create a new user -> OK
• Create the same user -> Error .. UNIQUE... -> OK
• Page reload does not clear the messages even if it clears all the input fields

Expected

• Error message should be more specific. eg: Error: User e-mail does already exist
• "User created successfully" should go away
