right now user can only select max preferred resolution from preferences page.
but as added recently to piped video player page quality selector there are different fps for same resolution for some videos.

Why would this be useful to add?

this would help both user and instance with bandwidth (I use only 30fps as I dont need 60 fps)

helps with users with slow internet too.
