Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Type something into the search bar
2. Click on a suggested result then quickly click back on the search bar before the results load
3. The search suggestions are misaligned and cover search results

Expected behavior

After clicking back on the search bar the search results should be cancelled/not shown and the search suggestions should be correctly aligned.

Actual behaviour

The search suggestions and search results are both shown. This bug only occurs if you're quite quick at clicking back on the search bar and is probably exasperated by me having a tablet that is on the cheaper, slower side of average.
